I love it,I´ve seen something similar in an antiques shop in Antwerp,Belgium.It was a strange shop,they even had stuffed dogs dressed in complete victorian outfits,standing in glass boxes,I guess it was popular in those days..

We are staying just down the road from Wicki Watchee where they have the Live Mermaid Shows with the Underwater Theater....This is a Picture i found in a Book about Wicki Watchee...I thought it was Creepy Fun
