This is the Anamorphic Street art of English artist Julian Beever
Anamorphic simply means the artworks are painted in a distorted fashion, stretched out on the ground, but when viewed from a specific place the art becomes stunningly realistic and three dimensional.

Julian has painted on pavement all over the World

His street paintings appear to defy the laws of perspective...The effect is so convincing people will swerve to avoid potholes he has drawn in the pavement....Great Talent!!
