Near Death Experience?

Has anyone ever had a Near Death Experience??
I've heard a few experiences from Friends and Family...I've never had one myself...I'm interested to hear anyone's story if they would care to share..I'm going to be working on a project with this Subject and any experiences would Greatly Help me...

1.Where did it Happen

3.What was the Cause


4.Brief description of your Experience

Ah, you are meaning near death is in me almost dying....not me almost killing someone right :D
(Mom is still impressed that all four of us made it to adulthood :)
